Visit to The Globe Theatre Bankside
with Lunch afterwards at 'Tas Pide'

The pictures above are of Club Member Jon Scott-Francis being 'dressed' by two of the tour guides at the Globe Theatre.
They were demonstrating the various layers of unusual clothing used by women during the Shakespearian era. Male actors undertook all the female roles in plays at that time, so they too needed to wear the garments ably modelled during this activity by Jon.
